Liability Waivers - Youth & General
Here at the Clay Studio of Missoula, we do everything in our power to make sure our studio space is as safe as it can possibly be.
In order to prevent legal repercussions from the standard risks of working with clay in our studio, all students attending classes at the Clay Studio of Missoula must have an up-to-date liability waiver on file. Adult waivers are needed for each new class. Youth and General Liability waivers are kept on file until January 1 of the next year. Youth will not be allowed to participate if they do not have a waiver on file. Please use the web form, or download, fill out, and TURN IN the PDF form via email or drop-off at the studio. The PDF is NOT turned in automatically.

Adult waivers for classes are given out at the beginning of each session and signed on site with an instructor present. If you missed the first day of class and cannot get a form from the studio itself, you can request a form by emailing studio staff at the address in the website's footer.
Scholarship Application Form
The Clay Studio of Missoula does it's best to make classes and workshops affordable. But we understand that sometimes financial means can still be a barrier.

Our scholarship program is largely for youth. We collect funds through outreach specifically to help youth join studio programs like camps and workshops. Our scholarships are funded directly by donations, so we can only offer a limited amount each year. You are welcome to apply for scholarship funding to any workshop or camp. We do not guarantee funding, but each application is read and considered carefully.
If you can afford a partial scholarship, please opt for that route so more students can benefit from financial aid. There is also a higher likelihood of partial scholarships being funded.

An adult scholarship fund is in development to increase the funding available for adults to gain financial assistance. Currently adult scholarships are very seldom available. If you wish to help us develop the adult scholarship fund, donations can be made to benefit specific studio projects such as this.
