Project Pick-Up

Curious about the status of a project you or your child made in one of our one-day sessions or camps? Here you can find a list of sessions that have been fully fired and are ready to pick up.

Available Projects

If a session or camp is listed on the table below, it means that session's work has been fully fired and is ready to pick up. Most recently fired sessions are listed first.

You may also receive an email bulletin when your project is ready, but because email servers so often sort these into "Promotions" or other less seen sub-views, we recommend checking in here instead. It takes about one month to finish work from a session completely, though this can vary.

Items can be picked up by coming to the Main Building at 1106 Hawthorne Street
and entering through the glass gallery door.

Staff working the gallery desk will help you find your work.

Public open hours are Monday-Friday from 12PM to 5PM or on Saturday from 12PM to 3PM.

Please bring your pick-up slip if you have it. If you did not receive a pick-up slip or lost it, we will need to search for your items. It is helpful to at least know the month your session took place in at the very least.

PLEASE NOTE: The "Session Date" reads out as MM/DD/YYYY

If you cannot make it by the "Available Until" date, email studio staff at info@theclaystudioofmissoula.org

and accommodations may be able to be made on a case-by-case basis.

Pieces are typically kept for 3 months after firing to allow ample time for pick-up, after this time, projects may be discarded in order to free up limited space for incoming works.
