Community Space Access
Our Studio Artist Program is perfect for aspiring and advanced ceramicists seeking studio workspace.
The basic monthly access fee provides studio artists with 24/7 access, three 4' long shelves of storage space and use of community workspace, tools, and equipment. Additional costs apply for clay, materials, and firings.

Those wishing to utilize day use, monthly, and semi-private space access must possess a current Clay Studio of Missoula annual membership. Find out more about membership here.

Studio Artist Access Monthly Fee: $120
Additional shelves (up to 2 max): $15 per shelf, per month

Semi-Private Studio Space
We currently have a waitlist for semi private rentals
Single occupant - $240 per month for annual leaseholders
additional renter in space– add $120 per month for basic monthly access.
(double occupancy rate = $180 per member)

Day Use for Members*
​
$15 per day for daytime access. Day use applies to members who want to come and use the wheels and space to create work in in classroom area, mix glazes, utilize our clay mixer, spray booth, or photo area.
Does not include space to store supplies and work.

*Day use for the classroom (during business hours) is by appointment only. Members can make an appointment via the "Studio Time Sign-Up" page under the Membership & Rentals tab. New members must schedule a Member Orientation prior to your first day use appointment. (schedule by emailing us at info@theclaystudioofmissoula.org or give us a call!)
You can pay for your $15 day-use session online, or pay a staff member when you arrive for your appointment.

Code of Conduct

It is important to us at The Clay Studio of Missoula to provide a safe working environment for all our students and members. Please review our Code of Conduct, and report any unsafe situation to a staff member. We reserve the right to refuse service and access to anyone who is in violation of our Code of Conduct.
